Spring is a time where energy starts to move again. Sap starts to rise in the trees, seeds burst through the earth and buds line the trees. It is a time to come out of the restive nature of winter and begin to move outward again.

Our Spring Share will focus on supporting the Liver & Gallbladder in their work of spring cleaning after a long winter, readying the body & mind for Spring and preparing you for awakening from the depths of Winter's slumber. Local Share Members enter LOCAL to avoid shipping costs!

This Share will include:

** Spring Tonic Vinegar with mineral rich herbs like Parsley, Horsetail, Nettles & Dandelion.

** Liniment for overworked muscles. A combination of local plants, essential oils, flower essences and a time honored martial arts recipe. Spring is associated with the tendons and as you begin to become more active this will be perfect to have on hand. Especially for you gardeners!

** Nutritive Tea with Nettles, Oat straw, Dandelion, Lemon Balm and Violet leaf. A blend of minerals and rich in Vitamin C. This tea will have citrus notes blended with the intense green of Spring.

** Wild Rose, White Peony & Hawthorne Flower Elixir will help to open your heart and calm your nerves. Even just picturing those three beautiful blooms together makes us feel better!

** Forest Soap with Cedar and Vetiver. A Portland Apothecary favorite.

** Detoxifying Salt Scrub with Geranium & Grapefruit, Sea Salts and Clay. It's time to move that lymphatic system and slough off those old cells. It is the Year of the Snake after all.

** Liver Supporting tincture to help process fats, take the edge off of any brittle emotions and support your body to function at it's best.

** Spring Equinox Mister with flower essences and essential oils to support your moving from Winter Dreams to Springtime Fruition.

***Because it is after our Share Pick Up date we are mailing out all Shares at this point, even if you are local. We don't have a storefront so scheduling pick up times with so many variables has been too difficult. Thank you for your understanding.
